📝 Return & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made on the website https://aquila-adventure.com, operated by OffRoadCampers d.o.o., Cesta na Goro 11, 3230 Šentjur, Slovenia (VAT ID: SI47956879).
🔁 Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.
🚫 Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned, except in the case of a confirmed defect:
- Roof racks, boxes, and accessories that have already been installed
- Custom-made interior components (e.g. furniture, structural parts)
- Electrical equipment that has been connected (e.g. inverters, solar controllers, batteries)
- Modules and technical equipment already installed in vehicles
- Items with visible signs of use or installation
- Products manufactured or ordered specifically for the customer
These items are returnable only with prior agreement, and return shipping must be covered by the customer.
🧾 Partial refunds
We may approve partial refunds in the following cases:
- Item is not in its original condition or packaging
- Missing parts or damage not due to our error
- Item returned more than 30 days after delivery
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
⏳ Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank — it may take time before a refund is officially posted.

🏷️ Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or promotional items cannot be refunded, unless defective.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver shipped it to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
